Le Subtil, a sandwich and coffee shop chain, aimed to strengthen the identity of its range of house-made products, available both in-store and online.

The goal was to develop a distinctive branding and advertising tools to showcase these customer-favorite items, now grouped under a new name: Les Favoris (The Favorites).

Through a complete redesign of the labels and a carefully executed branding strategy, we created a strong identity that aligns the products with the Le Subtil restaurant experience.

By incorporating handwritten typography, we echo the human touch and homemade quality—key values of Le Subtil. The warm visual identity, featuring lively textures, conveys a clear message: Les Favoris (The Favorites) are authentic, artisanally crafted products, ready to be taken home, gifted, and, simply put, loved.

Playful and catchy key messages.

To promote Les Favoris and strengthen the connection between the products and the in-restaurant experience, we also developed a series of advertising tools tailored to their target audience. These included in-restaurant posters highlighting the key message “From the restaurant to your home,” social media visuals, and other promotional printed materials.

These tools aimed to capture attention and foster a sense of connection through messages that build credibility and trust. By showcasing these “favorites” with a cohesive, playful, and emotionally engaging image and messaging, Le Subtil successfully strengthened loyalty among existing customers while attracting a new audience.
