For several years, we have been collaborating with Groupe Jacques, a third-generation family business, to modernize and unify the branding of its four residences: Les Jardins de la Noblesse, Manoir Frontenac, Manoir de Bigarré, and La Seigneurie le Victorin. This large-scale mandate reflects the complexity of the project and the importance of communicating their distinctive values.

These values, rooted in their philosophy, “From our family to yours,” highlight a living environment imbued with care and empathy, where interactions with seniors and their families are at the heart of every action.

To achieve these objectives, we conducted an in-depth strategic reflection on their positioning. This work gave rise to a solid brand platform with impactful advertising messages that reflect the essence of Groupe Jacques: a warm and human living environment.

Our support also involved the development of a structured communication plan, the rollout of strategic digital campaigns, and dynamic social media management, ensuring consistent communication aligned with their values.

Graphic design choices played a key role in this transformation. We meticulously created a series of photographs to illustrate the campaigns, where each portrait conveys a unique concept while authentically reflecting the values of Groupe Jacques.

Additionally, the geometric shapes framing the images at the top and bottom add a distinctive visual signature. These elements, paired with the recurring arrow at the top, serve as dynamic markers that immediately capture attention, giving the visuals a playful and modern touch. The colored band, reminiscent of a bookmark, emphasizes the brand’s strong identity while adding a vibrant, contemporary flair.

Our joint efforts have led to the development of strategic digital campaigns specifically designed to capture the attention of a diverse audience. These initiatives have successfully attracted seniors looking for a new place to live, while also engaging a key audience: decision-making adults, often the children of seniors, who wish to provide their loved ones with a safe, comfortable, and caring environment.
